Steve Bigari – Chief Executive Officer
Steve Bigari was a McDonald's operator for 19-years, and was integral in innovating new concepts such as credit and debit card acceptance at QSR's and the Made For You™ service delivery model. During this time he was chairman of the McDonald’s innovation team. Steve grew his McDonald's business franchise from $1.5 million to $20 million in just 12 years.
Steve is in the top 5% of all consultants in the restaurant industry with the GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) of 150,000 consultants. In 2006, he was recognized as "Colorado Springs Business Citizen of the Year". Steve has successfully started 14 companies and now owns 3 industry patents. Steve is a graduate of West Point US Military Academy
Matthew Favier - Chief Technology Officer
Matt has over 8 years experience in Restaurant Technology Deployment, and built and deployed the first QSR call center and private based network in the US.
Matt has built and consulted on more than 4 different QSR brand call centers, and in 2005 was awarded the Enterprise All-Star Award from Network World. Matt graduated from the University of Colorado with a BA in Organizational Development.
