Stellar Restaurant Solutions has comprehensive Security Policies and Procedures in place to ensure maximum protection of both Stellar Restaurant Solutions and our Clients' information. These include:
1) Network Security encompassing restricted access by user, password protected system logins, monitoring of system access and use, strict email and intranet usage policies and strong anti-virus regimens.
2) Operational Security encompassing staff Confidentiality Agreements, enforcement of password regimes, restricted external drive access, securing unattended workstations and controlled access to documents.
3) Physical Security encompassing controlled access to call centre premises and secure areas including Communications Rooms, remotely managed security systems and after-hours security guards.

Access and Correction
Upon request from an individual, Stellar Restaurant Solutions , in accord with its client(s), will provide that individual with access to their personal information and reasonable chance to correct their information that is not accurate, complete and up to date will be provided.
